Hi, I’m Rebecca. I live in Austin, Texas with my Steven and my cat Tatonka.  I’ve been a quilter since 2004 and design patterns, fabric designs, and whatever else jumps into my brain.  I love everything that is cute in this world, so I plan on being a purveyor of the cute on this blog.  Hope you find something interesting here!

Just found your blog and website, and I’m blown away! So very sorry you were cut from the “sliced” competition, but that’s how I found your exquisite work. Please let us know when you have the pattern written up for the little “teardrop trailer” sewing box – it’s the cutest I’ve EVER seen!

I stumbled across your blog tonight via Moda Bakeshop (that trailer is SO CUTE). I just finished reading the whole thing from today all the way back to your first post. Good grief, you have amazing stuff! I am going to be checking your blog every week from now on for inspiration and just general amazement.
I also wanted to say that I was really moved by your post about your grandfather’s Korean War experience. Thank you for sharing such a personal story.

Would love the pattern for the Teardrop Camper.

  5. Just saw your name on the Schnitzel & Boo quilt swap list. (I’m signed up for the swap, too.) I was drawn by your name. I’m an Okie ex-pat, too, currently living in Missouri. Look forward to seeing more of your work.

I have a website that I haven’t written in at all this past year. I keep wondering if it’s worth it to keep it up. This morning you gave me the answer.

I love your site and the information. Regardless of when the last post is put up, admitting we won’t be held hostage by the Blog Olympics, and instead sharing what we love, when we love, and how we love it is amazing. Thanks for that unknowing voice of encouragement.

Hi Rebecca, I am looking for the actual tracings of the camper and pieces for the lonely teardrops no more pattern. Where can I find it?? I went to the Moda bake shop website and all that is listed are the instructions. Can you help me?? Thank you! Julie Houpt
